Solid trolley, quick delivery

Ordered a Pankow Handgepäck. Arrived in 3 days. Quality feels durable. Wheels are smooth. Happy with the purchase, just the interior lining feels a little thin.

New suitcase, pretty good

Got myself a new Alex Hartschalenkoffer last week. Needed a new one for a trip coming up. It arrived in about 4 days, which was alright. The color is really vibrant, just like the pictures. It rolls smoothly, which is a big plus for me. No issues with ordering, it was all pretty straightforward. The only small thing is the handle feels a tiny bit wobbly when fully extended.

Good quality, quick delivery

I ordered the 'Spree Trolley' in medium size a few weeks ago for an upcoming trip. The website was easy enough to navigate. Delivery was pretty fast, it took 4 days to reach me in California. Packaging was solid, no damage to the trolley itself. The wheels roll smoothly, and the hardshell felt sturdy, not flimsy. I also appreciated that they offer spare parts like replacement wheels; it suggests good longevity. Overall, it was a smooth process from start to finish.

Good price on a set

I was looking for a decent luggage set without breaking the bank. Found a great deal on a Kofferset 2-teilig here, saved a good chunk with a set discount. Shipping was free which was nice, though it did take 5 days to get to me in Florida. Overall, it felt like a smart buy, especially for the price I paid. The quality seems pretty solid too, just wish delivery was a bit faster.

Decent suitcase, slow support

I purchased a 'Mitte Reisekoffer' last month. The suitcase itself is quite nice for the price; the color was vibrant, and it felt robust enough for travel. However, I had a question about setting the TSA lock combination, and customer service took almost three days to respond to my email. While the answer was helpful once it arrived, the wait was a bit frustrating. The delivery was on time though, and the tracking information was accurate. Value for money is good, just wish support was a little quicker.

Reliable luggage, good service

This was my third purchase from Hauptstadtkoffer, and they've been consistently good. This time I ordered a Spree Trolley. The website was easy to navigate, as usual. Placing the order was quick, and I got a confirmation email right away. Delivery took about 5 business days to California, which is standard for them. The trolley itself is sturdy and well-made, just like my previous ones. I had a quick question about setting the TSA lock, and customer support replied within a few hours with clear instructions. My only minor complaint is that the color online looked slightly different in person, but it's still nice.

Solid value on a Kofferset

I bought the 'Kofferset 2-teilig' after looking for a good deal. I signed up for the newsletter and got a 10 Euro discount, which was a nice bonus on top of the set-deal pricing. The quality seems good for what I paid. Saved some money, got two suitcases. Can't complain there.

Decent purchase, few small things

I bought a Mitte Reisekoffer for an upcoming vacation. The ordering process was simple enough, no hitches there. The suitcase arrived well-packaged and in good condition. I like the hardshell design, seems tough. It rolled easily through the airport on my first trip. Customer service was helpful when I asked about the warranty. My main feedback would be that the zippers feel a little stiff sometimes, and it took a bit longer to ship than I expected, around 6 days. Still, good value for the price.
